If you've got a university .edu email address, you might be eligible to get the Google One AI Premium plan completely FREE until Spring 2026. That's right – access to Google's top AI tools, like Gemini Advanced (running on the impressive Gemini 2.5 Pro model), plus a hefty 2TB of cloud storage, without paying the usual $20/month.
Think about what this means for your studies: smarter research assistance, help drafting essays right in Google Docs, organizing data in Sheets, creating presentations in Slides, and even exploring creative tools for video and image generation. It's like having a super-powered study buddy built right into the tools you probably already use - assuming you’re not using your AOL email address anymore.
What's Included?
This isn't just basic access. The free plan includes:
Gemini Advanced: Google's top-tier AI model for complex tasks, coding, brainstorming, and deep research.
Gemini in Workspace: AI features directly embedded in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.

Verify: Follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need to enter your
.eduemail address to verify.Confirm: Review the details (it should show $0/month) and confirm the subscription.
That's it! Once verified, you should have access through June 30, 2026.
